Alessandro Marzano, born in 1987 in Vibo Valentia. His true, deep, and always realistic love for the South is a key element in the artistic exploration that Marzano has consistently pursued in music and beyond. Originally a “total” drummer, he embraces all musical genres as well as classical percussion. However, it is his encounter with Fabrizio Sferra during the Roccella Jazz seminars (of which he will be the recipient of a scholarship for several editions) that guides him towards the path of jazz, both traditional and experimental, and avant-garde.
