Born in Palermo (Italy) on August 9, 1993, at age 13 he started to play the drums and he began to give his first concerts around Sicily at age 17. In 2013, at age 19, he was admitted, winning a scholarship, to the prestigious Siena Jazz University, where he graduated with the highest grade in 2018.

From 2019 to 2020 he was the drummer of the Sicilian Brass Youth Jazz Orchestra. From 2018 to 2020 he was active as a teacher in the schools C.A.M. in Bagheria (PA) and Stratjvari Music & Stages in Palermo.
In 2020 he was admitted to the Master in Jazz Drums at Codarts University in Rotterdam, where he graduated in May 2023.

During his artistic career he played concerts and recorded in studio with numerous musicians from Italy including: Orazio Maugeri, Alessandro Presti, Valerio Rizzo, Mara Lo Cascio, Fabrizio Brusca, Mauro Cottone, Fulvio Buccafusco, Roberto Gervasi, Nicolò Buffa.
Additionally he played with numerous musicians of the dutch and belgian scene, including: Hanna Marieke, Andrea Leone, Leonardo Franceschini, Femke Mooren, Frank Waganèe, Chris Joris, Nico Schepers, Codarts Contemporary Big Band feat. Wiek Hijmans and many others.

At the moment he plays in 4 stable projects in the Netherlands: LAC Trio, Hanna Marieke Trio & Quintet, The Midnight Blues, Peter Gheysen 6et.

Exploration of timbre, sensitivity, creativity and rhythmic consistency are the main characteristics
of his research on the instrument.
