Ermanno Baron combines the freshness and creativity of jazz with the sensitivity of the academic world,
enriched by experimentations in electroacoustic and electronic music of today.
His continued development of a personal voice, leads him to play an intense national and international
concert activity: Smalls, Blue Note, Barbes, Fat Cat (New York), Jazz and World music festival
(Zimbabwe), Jazz-Pt (Portugal), Tremplin Jazz Avignon (France), 12 Points (Ireland), Ankara Caz (Turkey),
4Fakultat, Oblomov (Germany), Interpenetration (Austria), Match&Fuse, 12 On 14, (Poland)
Visual Jazz, Roma Jazz Fest, Young Jazz in Town, Casa Del Jazz, Crossroads, Auditorium Parco Della Musica,
Pescara Jazz, Internet Festival, Bari Expo, Sudtirol Festival, Vicenza Jazz, etc.

In the academic and classical music studied percussion with the great M° G.Rebecchi
as part of his percussion ensemble of contemporary music, performing Edgar Varese,
Henry Dixon Cowell, Carlos Chavez, Ruud Wiener, etc. ..
In the course of jazz graduated to ‘INJAM met some of the greatest musicians, including
which masters such as Billy Hart, Eric Harland, Jeff Ballard, Kenny Werner, Tim Berne, Enrico Rava.
