Filippo has collaborated for ten years with the moving percussion group Dadadang, with whom he has perfomed in many cities within and outside of Europe.
He is the founder, artistic director and writer of the music for the group Pulsar Ensemble.
He is a member of the collective groups Mopoke and Trieste.
He collaborates with Tino Tracanna and Massimiliano Milesi in the project ‘Double Cut’ and he has played in Vincenzo Vasi and Valeria Sturba’s “OoopopoiooO Orchestra.”
He has over thirty released recordings.
He has played and regularly plays alongside prominent Italian and foreign musicians and has participated in many Italian and international music festivals.
