Michele Mazzini graduated in classical clarinet, with the highest marks, at the Conservatory G. Verdi in Milan, and in New Music at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, with a focus on improvisation. He studied clarinets with Alberto Serrapiglio and Erik van Deuren, composition with Filippo Del Corno, Giorgio Tedde, Wilhelm Jeths, and improvisation with Stefano Battaglia, Frank Gratkowski, and Reinhold Friedl. He published on Amazon a four-hand essay about music in tv series called Skip Intro.
